It is only minutes from Steamboat's Gondola Square, where you'll find great restaurants, shops, pubs, and ski and board services.

This two-story town home is ideal for large gatherings such as two families or reunions. There are family rooms on both levels. The first level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in addition to a family room where the kids can play and watch television. We have many DVD movies for both kids and grown-ups, so there is no need to hassle with trips to the video store during your stay.

The second level also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen, dining area (with a table large enough to accommodate 12 people or more), and another family room (with TV/DVD/VCR) are located on this level too. This allows the adults to have “grown-up time” while the kids are free to play downstairs.

Wrap around decks on both levels allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the slopes and Steamboat’s famous Silver Bullet Gondola. After a rough day on the slopes, enjoy soaking in the large hot tub overlooking the mountain or relaxing in front of a fire (there are beautiful wood burning brick fireplaces in each family room).

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is conveniently located in the Snowflower condominium complex on the edge of Gondola Square. Walk just 50 yards up the sidewalk to the Gondola, the Steamboat Children's center and ski school, and all the shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. in Gondola Square. The shuttle stops directly across the street and will take you into town, to the movies, the grocery store, etc. There is truly no need to rent a car at this location (if you fly into Steamboat, you can take a shuttle to the Snowflower). Across the street is a smaller, but lovely grocery and liquor store that has great hamburgers,chili, sandwiches, salads, precooked gourmet dinners, etc.all at very reasonable prices. Enjoy the beautiful year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub after a great day of skiing.

The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs (coffee machine, crock pot, service for

twelve, etc), and has a breakfast bar that seats three. The dining room table seats 10, and there is also a game table.

We have lots of dvds, books, games, magazines, etc. for both kids and grown-ups. Enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and valley from the deck. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, have their own private bath. The other two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, share a bath. The beds are all adorned with beautiful hand stitched quilts. We also have a portable twin for a child to sleep on.
